Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

This is how the return works:

1. Preparation:

Please ensure that the goods are returned to us complete, unworn, in their original condition (where possible) and in their original packaging.

3. Costs:

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer free return shipping.

4. Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned items promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your cancellation. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Important:

• Please keep the receipt from your shipping service provider until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

• Please enclose a copy of the invoice or a short note with your order number so that we can quickly identify the return.
