1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Important note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (personalized items, individual prints on customer request).

3. Refund (outbound shipping costs)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

4. Costs of return shipping (return)

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods . We do not offer free returns.
