Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden .

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.

For orders over €65.00, shipping is free.

Except for canvas and posters, for which we charge €8.00 per order.

Deliveries abroad :

We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:

Abroad: 9.50€
Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 8 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 15 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further details on payment

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
